We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with proven leadership skills to join our Emerging Markets team and grow the General Trade and/or FSI market in the assigned region.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree
- Experience in working with senior management.
- People management experience.
- Marketing & Sales experience will be beneficial.
- Business English: Fluent.
- Computer literacy.
- Code 08 Driver's license.
- Travel offsite/overnight stay.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize sales & develop the Emerging Markets customer base
Provide input into the development of the Emerging Markets growth strategy.
Coordinate the execution of the sales plan for Emerging Markets.
Ensure implementation of pricing structure for route teams.
Manage fixed costs.
Facilitate growth of Principal product sales e.g. increase Red Bull sales.
Build and Own relationships with strategic customers.
To coordinate the Brand Strategy through Cycle Plan implementation in their Region.
Manage, Lead & Develop Direct Reports
Train and Develop team members.
Manage and measure performance.
Set team sales targets and drive their achievement.
Coordinate the effective use of tools and devices.
Conduct regular meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
Implement and define succession plan and team career development.
Coordinate stakeholder relationships
Solve customer related issues and queries.
Ensure sound communication between all supporting departments including distribution partners.
