The Role:


We're seeking a versatile and dynamic Finance Manager to oversee our bookkeeping operations and take charge of a broad spectrum of financial responsibilities.

This role is pivotal in maintaining up-to-date Management Information, analyzing variances, and generating comprehensive reports for the group. You'll be instrumental in managing Work in Progress, fee charging structures, deferred income, and debtors. Additionally, your expertise will guide cash flow management, intercompany transactions, and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Management Information systematically.
  • Investigate financial variances and provide insightful analysis.
  • Produce detailed management reports for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Handle VAT, tax issues, and monthend accounting with precision.
  • Draft contracts and engage in highlevel presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the EMEA CFO and the Managing Director to support a €10M business unit.
  • Fluent in German and English, with experience in international settings.
  • Proficient in IFRS and possesses strong skills in management accounting and reporting.
  • Proven track record of handling management information and accounting tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with senior management

Job Details: 6 Month Contract (Remote)

NB:
Must speak German fluently as you will need to communicate in and use a German Accounting System

Salary:
R65 000,00 - R75 000,00 per month
