Time and Attendance Administrator at
NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Rosslyn Snacks.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring effective control and management of time and attendance of permanent labour as well as ensuring accurate payment.

Job Specification:

Key Performance Areas:

Capture all time and attendance on Best Time system

  • Ensure that clocking reports are signed off for correctness by the Supervisor.
  • Ensure that all reports are captured on Best time correctly and timeously.
  • Ensure correct uploading of hours into the SAP CATS system for payment/deductions.
  • Ensure Access Control Time Registers are checked and updated on a daily basis on the Time and Attendance System.

Capture all leave (sick, annual, family and parental leave)

  • All leave to be captured and updated on SAP
  • Employee leave records to be filed and up to date

Capture all Standby and Call-outs

  • Ensure that all Standby and Callouts are captured timeously
  • All Standby and Callouts are to be approved and signed off by the supervisor before capturing on SAP

Attend to all payroll queries

  • All time and attendance queries attended to daily, weekly and monthly
  • Variance reports queries attended to timeously

Best Time System Liaison

  • Ensure that you report any Best time issues to IT
  • Ensure that you arrange training for all new employees who require training

Time and Attendance management for Perm -Partimers (PPT's)

  • Ensure that the Perm-Partimers (PPT's) requisitions are signed off every Thursday for processing.
  • Ensure that all PPT's are scheduled timeously.
  • Attend to all Time and Attendance queries from PPT's
  • Ensure all PPT records are kept up to date

Adhoc
Assist HR Admin/HR Officer & HR manager with HR queries as and when requested

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

years experience as a Time and Attendance Administrator

  • 3 years of experience working on Bestime and SAP systems
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 2 years experience in an unionised environment

Qualifications:

  • Matric / Grade 1
  • HR Office Administration Certificate
  • HR Management Certificate or Diploma will be an added advantage
