Preparing, submitting tenders and requests for information in a timely manner

Identifying and developing business with new clients.

Providing information on customer and market intelligence.

Active and consistent management of all customer interaction, also during the sales cycle, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Have regular meetings with key stakeholders to assess customer satisfaction levels and to identify areas for business development.
