Established company within the retail motor sector is looking for a Lead Master. Based in Umhlanga, KZN.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing or PR
  • Drivers License

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Management with events when required.
  • Assisting with adhoc duties within the Dealership
  • Assisting with basic Sales Executive training when required.

Leads:

  • Following up on all leads with the Sales Executives and calling minimum of 80% of leads to ensure that the company has made contact with them and updating the CRM systems.
  • Ensuring that the customer is spoken to before the lead is marked as closed by themselves or Management,
  • Listening to all unallocated marketing calls (Tracking number calls that have not been entered into the system) and allocating to the correct Sales Executives. At the same time making a note as to which Sales Executives is not adding customers details onto the system.
  • Listen to the Lead2call leads and ensure being handled correctly by Sales Executives and report to Management if not.

EDD:

  • Dealership Overview monitor this daily basis and ensure you send a screen shot to your manager to follow up on Sales executives activities daily.
  • Distributing a leads (When not using Lead 2 Call) any leads that come in overnight/weekends that will come through to your EDD.
  • Unallocated Tel Marketing Calls
- need to listen to these and allocate

  • Lead Report keep this updated at all times with the status of the lead
  • C contacts/Drive Diary Activity Analysis help monitor the C activity of the sales team
  • Staff Administration ensure all staff information is updated, and remove Staff as soon as a Sales Executive leaves the company.

Carshop Hub:

  • Uploading vehicles ensure pics are taken timeously and loaded with comments and extras
  • Download brochures for every vehicle.
  • Send Stock Sheet
  • Check your websites
  • Daily after 11am to ensure all vehicles pulled through
  • Check sheet provided and to be completed
  • Price checks weekly to be done on all cars with 01 lead in the last 30 days and to be sent to Management & DP and then Lead masters to sit with Manager & DP to go through price changes.
  • Staff Pictures ensure all staff pictures are up to date and have the corresponding OR code as per their desks


 Tracking Numbers
  • Listen to the calls to ensure the leads are being handled correctly and return all the missed call numbers and speak to the customers and pass onto relevant departments.
  • Check that Tracking numbers and after hours numbers are working
  • Monthly


 Lead2Call
  • Enable and disable Sales Staff.
  • Using the Lead report to see how each vehicle is performing on the websites and making necessary changes where required.

Social Media:

  • Marketing plan
- done monthly and submitted no later than the 4th of each month:

  • Thinking outside of the box and coming up with a theme for the month with discussions with the DP and New car, Used car, Workshop and Parts Manager.
  • Briefs
- these need to be done in accordance with your marketing plan - maximum 12 organic posts to be done per month and designed

  • Facebookupdate weekly
  • Ensuring there are 3 posts minimum per week including, 1 organic post, Delivery posts and Specials
  • All Posts done on Social media to also be posted of Google my Buisness.
  • Responding to Complaints on social media in a timeously fashion
