We require a SKILLED Field Supervisor to join our team providing excellent service to our Clients throughout Cape Town. Must have a valid Driver's License and have South African ID.

Experience in the following areas of R&M is required:

  • Strong in planning of work and allocation for the correct resources to execute the job.
  • Generate quotes.
  • Costing of jobs.
  • General maintenance experience (painting, roof repairs)
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Tool inspections
  • Able to plan and provide feedback to stakeholders
  • Identify needs of team (workshop requirements, tools, PPE, etc)
  • Deliveries and collections
  • Purchasing of consumables
  • Complete weekly inventory and TNA as needed.
  • Assist in administrative duties including maintenance of files, records, and all required documentation.
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers and working with quotes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical capacity and ability to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Physically able to lift, push, or pull (i.e., assisting in stocking/maintaining inventory levels and onsite work) with appropriate safety equipment.
  • Capable of multitasking and effectively managing projects as a proficient problem solver and teamwork supporter.
  • Detailoriented with great organizational and time management skills with the ability to delegate and assign tasks.
  • Working knowledge of standard technology, must be proficient on excel
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Technical, Maintenance knowledge
  • Strong customer liaison
  • Will be Leader of staff on site and be able to communicate properly and give clear instructions. Supervise their work done to ensure high quality of work and also maintain and keep records of staff from time sheets to any disciplinary measures that are taken.
