Event Budget Coordinator

beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Budget Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing event budgets, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that the budget is adhered to.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of budgeting software and financial management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make sound decisions
