Sound knowledge of labour law & relationsStaff RecruitingTraining and developmentPerformance monitoring and managementSkills Development programs & talent mappingDepartment of labour auditsPayroll and Incentive/Bonus scheme structuringWorking knowledge of Payroll and its Tax implicationExperience with medical aid and pension/provident fund administrationExperience in disciplinary procedures CCMA representation essentialExposure in dealing with Unions and bargaining councils an added advantageProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteAttributes:
