Our client in the logistics industry based in Alberton is currently looking for an
IR Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Industrial Relations.
  • Representing the company at CCMA.
  • Full knowledge and understanding of LRA, BCEA.
  • Understanding of labour regulations.
  • Advise management on IR Related matters.
  • Advise management on IR processes.
  • Attending disciplinary hearings.
  • Giving warnings & notification of hearing.
  • Attending to union complaints and finding resolution.
  • Union recognition agreements.
  • Experience in section 189A.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.

Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • National Diploma/Degree: Human Resources Management.
  • Understanding of the BCEA, LRA, EEA, POPI Act.
  • 2+ years IR experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Management skills.
  • Working under pressure.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent Problem solver.
  • Reliable.
  • Team Player.
  • Flexibility.
  • Observation skills.

Salary:

  • R12 000 CTC per month.

Salary:

Up to R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alberton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
