The Operations Manager will provide a strategic level of operational support across the brand, ensuring divisional operational standard procures are followed and adhered to.

Ultimately, will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards for the organisation's deliverables in line with site specific SLA's. Duties & Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility and accountability for the segment in all aspects including but not limited to:

  • Regional Team management, support, development and leadership
  • Maintaining a highquality standard in all deliverables in line with specific SLA's and Company's regional strategy, goals in support of the Divisional goals and strategy.
  • Responsible to manage client relations, perform site visits, etc
  • Build and cultivate the Company' s culture in line with Tsebo Group Values
  • Ensure sites are managed according to budgeted costings and growth targets
  • Ensure the region operates within the budgetary guidelines with reference to labour, capital asset depreciation and maintenance and any other expenses
  • Ensure that all Occupational Health and Safety requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements
  • To constantly be aware of current trends and innovation in the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented in the business.
