Qualifications

  • A B.Sc. in Agric (Major in Agronomy and/or Soil Science)
  • 5 years of Agronomy experience

Duties

  • Provide professional fertilization and agronomic advice to farming enterprises
  • Offer strategic support to Omnia representatives/agents
  • Collaborate closely with Omnia Regional Management to support the marketing model

Job Competencies

  • Solid knowledge of fertilizer and chemical products with a focus on fertilization recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • Interest in a dynamic marketing environment
  • Understanding of client needs and adding value concepts
