WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


For our Somerset West office (Western Cape, South Africa), we're looking for a Paid Social Specialist with a minimum of 2+ years of experience working with paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage campaign setup, monitor conversiondriven performance metrics, A/B testing, and reporting across digital channels.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to formulate clientspecific strategies for all paid conversionorientated media as well as brand awareness media.
  • Perform daily and weekly account checks and independently taking steps to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor industry best practices and trends to identify new campaign opportunities to drive improved results ensuring a profitable ROI on all assigned clients.
  • Manage allocated budgets, ensuring not to overspend or underspend
  • Create reports that provide insight and value to clients.
  • Maintain certifications recommended by the company to develop your profile.
  • Follow strict Quality Assurance processes to deliver errorfree work and to ensure all campaigns are running as intended.

ATTRIBUTES, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 2+ years working directly on platforms such as Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat.
  • Proven track record of analysing data and trends to continually optimise media campaigns for efficient ROI
  • Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4 Advantageous).
  • Attention to detail, problemsolving and time management skills, an analytical mindset, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Shopify E-Commerce Platform would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A team player with exceptional organisational and technical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
