Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and engaging graphics for various digital platforms.
  • Activate and distribute designs across multiple digital platforms.
  • Produce creative and effective graphics for social media campaigns that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Schedule and organise posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create and adapt designs for print materials as needed for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure designs meet quality and brand standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
  • Prioritise tasks and maintain effective time management to meet deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualification in Digital Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Competence in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and Social Media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver).
  • Proficient use of social media management tools.
  • Understanding of specific design principles for social media platforms.
  • Strong graphic design skills, producing clean, visually appealing graphic elements.
  • Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Capability to create and manipulate visual elements for both digital and print media.
  • Innovative in developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
  • Keen attention to detail and quality, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills for interpreting briefs.
  • Good organisational skills, managing time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Openness to constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Must be techsavvy and comfortable with technology, to effectively use our unique inhouse platforms (training will be provided)
  • Commitment to stay updated with the latest design trends and continuous professional development.
