As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your responsibilities include the following:
Process high volumes of supplier invoices daily
Prepare international payments applications to the bank
Provide support to the Senior Administrators to ensure day-to-day deadlines are being met
Resolve queries accurately and timeously
Ensure accuracy of invoices, VAT compliance and purchase orders
Reconcile and settle customer related transactions
Act as the point of contact between suppliers
Provide guidance and support to the business on raising Purchase Orders
Do final checks on Purchase orders before entering it onto the MSD

Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 1 years experience within the function
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience working with high volumes and multi-currencies
Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)

Qualification:
Grade 12
Relevant Financial diploma or National Higher Certificate
