Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing necessary support.

Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Oversee administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, drafting documents, and preparing reports.

Support HR activities, including new employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating office events.

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.

Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined systems to enhance office efficiency.

Requirements:***-
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
