GRA Lead

Business Overview
This is a busy, fast paced operation which offers many challenges and opportunities for the right person. This position is based at Boksburg, Gauteng.

Role Outline
To ensure proper POD and KPI management. Ensure customer service is the highest standard and that losses to the Company are kept to a minimum. Maintain the integrity of the Company at all times. Ensure good governance wrt warehouse GRA integrity and processors.

General Accountabilities

  • To contribute to a productive working environment
  • To work within any operating area as determined by Management and the needs of the Business
  • Management of POD's
  • Effective leadership and management of operational and admin teams
  • Maintain and manage appropriate information/reporting systems/Monthly and weekly
  • Be actively involved in and support change initiatives
  • Honesty pride in your job and an eye for detail
  • Ensure housekeeping in the area is up to standard
  • Operate with integrity and ethical values
  • Ensure correct use of equipment and to timeously report any defects / faults
  • Ensure scanning disks are uploaded
  • Report and record any non conformity with regards to the customers merchandise or unsafe acts
  • OMS-Support and monitor


 SOP
  • Updating and Implementation
  • Complete tasks timeously
  • Adhere to the Unit's SHE rules and best practices
  • Ensure that product safety, quality and integrity is not compromised
  • Report any persons behaviour that may impact on the safety, quality and integrity of the stored product

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma in Logistics/supply Chain
years experience

Skills/Competencies/Experiences

  • Computer literacy
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
  • Deadline driven
  • Good written and communication skills
  • 35 years Logistics / Warehousing experience
  • Enforcement of Health & Safety procedures and identify hazards
  • Achieve work targets and is willing to take on additional roles / responsibilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
