Front and Beverage/ Hotel Manager

We are looking for trustworthy, well-presented front of house/hotel manager to supplement our existing team.

Contingent on their placement, front of house manager may be responsible for receiving guests, escorting them to their tables, and conveying their requests to kitchen staff.

You should also provide customers with a check upon completion of their meal, you will need to be confident to present dishes and interact with the guests.


To be successful front of house/ hotel manager you need to be experienced in managing staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at stress management.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.

Able to present gastronomy food as well as interact with the guests.

Process customer complaints patiently

Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.

Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed.

Track and order shipments

Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.

Adhere to food, health and safety standards.

Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff.

Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers.

Leadership skills

Flexibilty

Ability to multi-task

Strong communicative and admin skills

Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience

Ability to commute/relocate:
