The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) is responsible for establishing the local presence of Red Bull in their area in a way that resonates with the global and national strategies. They focus on creating strong local networks, engaging both online (social media) and offline with opinion-leaders and influencers.

Job Description
  • Strategic Direction and Brand Priorities
  • Infuse global and national Red Bull priorities and strategies into the local landscape, emphasizing the importance of building a recognizable local identity for our global brand.
  • Understand consumer behavior across various fields in the region to drive local idea generation and execution.
  • Create programs that enhance brand image and promote product functionality at a local level, collaborating closely with National Marketing Specialists.
  • Be the regional expert, sharing market insights such as consumer behavior and competitors with the national team.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to ensure product availability and visibility in On Premise, Off Premise, and New Business settings, aligning with the regional business plan.
  • Develop a communication strategy for the region based on national programs and regional priorities to enhance local engagement.
  • Manage internal and external requests in line with the business plan priorities.
  • Premium Appeal of Local Pride
  • Create and support local events and marketing initiatives that align with Red Bull's values and resonate with the local consumer and media scene.
  • Ensure a positive consumer experience by paying attention to detail and delivering premium execution at events and all marketing activities.
  • Keep the consumer and brand perspective at the forefront of every initiative, focusing on effective communication through digital and social media channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Enhance 3rd party events with appropriate Red Bull support to increase brand visibility and product adoption in relevant settings.
  • Establish strong relationships with key influencers in the region, including local authorities, sport and cultural leaders, and media outlets.
  • Incorporate Red Bull athlete activations into plans and implement strategies to maximize reach.
  • Implement global, national, and regional best practices where applicable.
  • Leverage the Red Bull Media Network content and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Marketing Innovation
  • Stay updated on generational trends by engaging with consumers and networks in various scenes.
  • Involve the local team in idea generation and leverage personal insights to identify emerging consumer trends.
  • Create innovative ideas that resonate with local networks, scenes, and opinion leaders, aligning with the marketing mix pillars.
  • Ensure digital and social media are integrated into all marketing activities and explore cross-marketing opportunities.
  • Driving Efficiencies
  • Establish efficient warehousing and infrastructure systems to support local needs and maintain a premium appearance.
  • Manage the regional budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Handle field expenses, administration, and build partnerships to leverage expertise and resources.
  • Outsource local media activities to enhance outcomes and coordinate with external partners for event logistics.
  • Share collaboration best practices with internal teams.
Qualifications

Preferred 3 years of marketing experience, particularly in sports/events or culture marketing.

Minimum 3 years of line management experience including hiring, training, and motivating teams.

Experience in collaborating with commercial teams and managing budgets.

Strong communication, networking, leadership, planning, and project management skills.

Understanding of consumer trends, digital platforms, and youth culture in the region.

Creative mindset with a focus on brand innovation and quick implementation.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
