About the role

  • The team is focused and creating value for our clients.
  • You will work on a diverse range of clients, delivering measurable return on investment and organic growth.
  • You will be responsible for managing various projects, including client liaison, building relationships with clients on a client service level, campaign development, and management.
  • You will work alongside SEO specialists, developers, social media managers, content writers and Google Ad experts to optimize the online presence of these clients.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with both local and international clients on a regular basis
  • Lead monthly progress meetings with clients
  • As the clients' dependable specialist in online marketing, develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients on behalf of the agency.
  • Ensure a solid understanding of the client's environment, business goals, and best practices to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes
  • Coordinate and manage various digital marketing services for your clients
  • Work with Performance team to ascertain timelines and ensure tasks are planned, scheduled and diarised so that internal deadlines are met
  • Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed at your clients
  • Facilitate value offerings and prepare quotations for relevant opportunities to existing clients
  • Monitor campaign success on Google Analytics and keyword rank trackers
  • Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (keywords and audiences), ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with campaign goals
  • Work under pressure and be fully adaptable to the everchanging world of digital marketing
  • Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training as well as define, monitor, and analyze trends
  • Contribute to projects, process changes, and rollouts of the company

Attributes & Requirements

  • You have an interest in Digital Marketing, specifically SEO and Google Ads
  • You are a fast learner with a great work ethic
  • You have effective time management, project management, and organisational skills
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have a positive attitude and a growth mindset
  • You have a tertiary education
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Experience in an agency environment (minimum 2 years)
  • Your own laptop/Desktop computer
  • Ability and passion to educate and share industry knowledge with less experienced team members
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced projects
  • Comfortable with various CMS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and solve various issues common with these systems

Education

  • Tertiary Education and minimum 2 years' experience in an agency environment
