Duties

  • Capture supplier invoices (local and foreign)
  • Obtain and reconcile supplier statements to creditors module
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Process and administer new supplier takeon process (documentation from both parties)
  • Load weekly payments
  • Load new banking details (including verifications)
  • Obtain and monitor supplier BBBEE Certificates and levels
  • Distribute petty cash requests
  • Assist with reception duties when required
  • Assist with Vat, export and other queries
  • Assist the Financial Controller and FM with day to day tasks when required
  • Prepare monthly supplier recons
  • Import supplier payments into the bank
