Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management and performance of the store
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all staff members are trained and motivated to provide excellent service
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures, and develop strategies to improve store performance
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand
  • Implement visual merchandising standards to optimize sales and create an inviting store environment
  • Recruit, train, and develop a highperforming sales team
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean store environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
