The Position:


As the HR Systems and Data Analyst, you will oversee all areas of People systems management (Sage People HRIS and LMS), guaranteeing data precision, reliability, and protection.

You will collaborate closely with the People Leadership Team and various teams to enhance our systems and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

HR Systems Management:

  • Manage and uphold the HRIS tool; collaborate with providers for updates and enhancements.
  • Maintain data accuracy and offer technical assistance to the team and staff.

Data Governance:

  • Establish data management strategies and quality checks.
  • Conduct routine data assessments and apply necessary improvements.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Produce HR metrics and analytics reports; design personalized reports and dashboards.
  • Recognize patterns to guide strategic HR planning and support yearly remuneration processes.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure adherence to HR data regulations and enforce protective measures.
  • Partner with Technology and Legal departments on data protection matters.

Process Enhancement:

  • Continually refine HR data management processes.
  • Simplify data input and retrieval for enhanced effectiveness.

Training and Assistance:

  • Provide education on systems and data management standard procedures.
  • Extend technical support and issue resolution to HR users.

Qualifications and Background:

  • Credentials in HR, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience in HR systems or data analysis roles.
  • Previous experience collaborating with international peers, comprehending diverse work methods within intricate organizational frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (preferably Sage People, though open to alternatives like Salesforce, Workday, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel and/or PowerBI)
