**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

  • Define and formulate sustainability strategies and expand sustainability and fundraising projects in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Create forecasts and monitor results for fundraising drives/events and grants while keeping the CEO updated.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Finance Team to control costs and improve profit and loss.
  • Cultivate new, identify potential, and enhance existing relationships at the executive level.

  • Oversee both internal and external communications.
  • Supervise trusts, legacies, bequests, and other similar benevolent organizations.
  • Efficiently handle revenue and expense budgets.
  • Work closely with team members to foster their development and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Deputy Director to develop the organization's annual Strategy and Business Plan.
  • Establish and maintain the Corporate Image for the organization while making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Provide leadership for the relevant regional office.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure effective engagement.
  • Handle ad-hoc renovations and property management tasks.
  • Prepare accurate and informative reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working with senior individuals, funders, and sponsors in a similar role.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, etc).
  • Strong grasp of financials and budget management.
  • Experience in sales or marketing, demonstrating a track record of driving sponsorship revenue.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and create innovative sponsorship opportunities.
  • Proficiency in project management and effective multitasking.
