Essential Functions:

Take inbound calls or make outbound calls using inbuilt dialer to assist clients with hardcore sales

Performs moderately complex transaction processing work

Identifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines

Incumbents have a good understanding of their specific product or functional area and are flexible in
attitude

ability to work in a target driven environment is a must

Ensure that the calls are handled as per Desktop procedures

Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA and any internal standards are met

Ensure that the quality of the call handling is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by
Process Excellence standards

Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner

Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules

Requirements:

Must have a National Senior Certificate ( Matric Certificate)

Must have a Clear Credit record

Must have a Clear Criminal record

Admin and call centre experience required (1year)

Sales experience preferred

Must be fluent in English (Level B2 English Proficiency)

Salary and benefits:

R 6500 basic

Medical Aid contribution R764

Pension plan contribution 5%

Shifts - 24/7 Rotational shift environment

Starting Date -12th April 2023

Location - Based in Cape Town, Western Cape
