About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Onboarding and Sales Associate to join our team at Moove. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new drivers, maintaining compliance with necessary documentation, and driving sales through proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload documents for operating licenses, double-disc insurance certificates, and other necessary documents on the Uber portal.
  • Cold-call customer leads to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and audits, and help with the onboarding of new drivers where necessary.
  • Liaise closely with Uber to ensure that our applications are prioritized and documents are approved.
  • Project manage the entire process and report progress to the team.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of customer support experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft and Google Suite.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
