  • Lead daily and weekly production and operations contractor meetings, facilitating. stronger communication and helping to resolve critical issues.
  • Conduct routine quality audits to verify progression against specifications and initiated corrective actions to remedy concerns.
  • Provide safety kits to all construction personnel, fully complying with job site safety protocols.
  • Implement systems to improve process efficiency and reduce project duration.
  • Monitor supply levels and identify costeffective materials to reduce project expenses.
  • Oversee entire building turnover process, enhancing communication between all construction engagement to facilitate smooth completion.
  • Avoid construction delays by efficiently following through with all site inspections.
  • Promote adherence to safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper handling and operation of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain zero site accidents and lost time injuries.
  • Improve cost control through effective allocation of subcontractors and service
  • Reaching monthly HSE targets.
  • Reaching monthly production targets.
