About the Role:

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 – 12 years experience in overseeing IT service delivery for a large BPO client (800+ Seats)
- Ability to work in a 24 x 7 setting and be available for the 2PM-11PM Shift Onsite.
Desired Skills:
- Solid grasp of Networking, Systems, Voice, and business applications
- Holding certifications like ITIL / ITSM would be beneficial
- Familiarity with Project management methodologies
- Proficiency in ITIL Framework and knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Management
