We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Roads and Highways Division in Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional services on transportation infrastructure projects, including design management and delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a Bachelor of Engineering or B.Tech degree from an accredited institution.
  2. Be professionally registered with ECSA.
  3. Have a minimum of years of experience in transportation infrastructure with a strong background in geometric or transportation design.
  4. Be proficient in Bentley Microstation, Open Roads Design Software, and Civil3D.
  5. Have knowledge of BIM systems and commercial aspects of project management.
  6. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Be able to effectively write technical reports.
  8. Have courteous and business-oriented manners when communicating with stakeholders.
  9. Be cooperative and flexible in a team environment.
  10. Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  11. Be able to make technical decisions that drive outcomes.
  12. Be able to maintain a consistent and manageable workload.
  13. Have knowledge of QA and OHS requirements.
  14. Have experience in Government standards, codes, and documentation.
  15. Have experience in design management and delivery for projects and managing professional teams.

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Salary: R700,000 – R520,000
