We are expanding our team to include an Administrative Assistant, focusing on process and system assistance, to streamline operations and support our growth.


Role Summary


You will initially focus on assisting with process documentation, CRM setup, project management software setup, file management, and software research and setup.

Responsibilities will eventually expand to include supporting lead management, project assistance, file management, and HR-related tasks. This role emphasizes the use of AI-driven tools to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support:
Aid in optimizing our use of CRM and project management tools to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Process Documentation Assistance: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of clear, accessible operational process documentation.
  • File Management Assistance: Support the establishment of a structured digital filing system for secure document access.
  • Software Research and Setup: Assist in identifying and implementing software solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead Management Support: Help in organizing and managing lead information for efficient tracking and followup.
  • Project Assistance: Provide support in project planning and execution, ensuring projects remain on track.
  • HR

Support Tasks:
Assist with HR-related duties, including document management and onboarding processes.

  • Experience in administrative support, particularly in process assistance and software management.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data management and digital file organization.
  • Effective communication skills for team coordination and external communications.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a remote setting with high attention to detail.

Renumeration and Work Hours
Once full time, the work hours will be Sunday to Thursday, 11am to 8pm Israel Time.
Pay is R150/hr for part time work, and once full time, will be R25 000 per month.

Salary:
R23 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
