Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial transactions are properly documented.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for review by management.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.

Academic Admin Coordination:

  • Coordinate academic activities, including course scheduling, student registrations, and grading processes.
  • Work closely with faculty to ensure timely submission of grades and academic records.
  • Manage student records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support academic initiatives.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events related to academic programs.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

Qualification and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Familiarity with academic administration processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
