**NOV Corporate Africa is seeking and administrative and finance support for review of Invoices, Centralised 3rd party and Intercompany payments

Project:
To support with the transition of new AP and IC Payment organisation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

TAP Review of Invoices:

  • Perform controls as per AP Payments Review and Approval
  • Ensuring Tax invoice in line with NOV Policy: DOA respected; Banking Information

Vouching and Posting:

  • Daily clearing of invoices from ERP system by vouching and posting once all queries have been resolved.

Payments:

  • Obtain and review Host to Host and manual payment groups from Centralised AP and in country teams as per weekly payment run process.
  • Ensure that all payments that are submitted by the Centralised AP and in country teams are scheduled as per the Payment Run process.
  • Update and maintain payment statuses and queries.
  • Support with reporting on Payment statuses for the week

Centraised and other NOV approved Banking Profiles:

  • Create and maintain records and approvals.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Tertiary level administration or finance qualification
  • 3+ years relevant experience (AP, Payments and Banking advantageous)
  • Ability to speak English is a requirement.
  • Experience with communication across Africa advantageous
  • Computer literacy (Word/ Excel and PowerPoint)
