  • Oversee and contribute to business planning.
  • Review end-to-end processes.

  • Maintain procedure documentation and policies, constantly enhancing them.

People Management
  • Lead the fund admin team.
  • Manage recruitment, review, and retention in collaboration with Technical Operations Manager.

  • Implement policies to enhance company culture and vision.

IT & Infrastructure involvement
  • Ensure optimal efficiency of operations and system implementations.

Major goals and deliverables:
  • Manage a unit of Fund specialists.
  • Oversee all operational and service activities for Old Mutual International.
  • Review financial activities.
  • Coordinate staff activities in various offices to achieve positive client outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manage service delivery in administration and support areas.
  • Monitor processing trends.
  • Ensure operational efficiency across teams.
  • Take technical responsibility in related field areas.
  • Deliver operational projects effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prioritize customer service and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Matric qualification required.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Extensive experience in Fund Investment Business.
  • Strong business knowledge.
  • Management experience is a plus.
