The role will include working closely with our leadership team in handling clerical duties, coordinating with factory personnel, marketing, administration & book-keeping, as well as ensuring best practices for the company.


In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Admin & Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out daily administrative work
  • Creating budgets and managing marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating with factory personnel physically & systematically
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, and meetings.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking (Xero Accounting software)
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Attending shows and events
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Admin Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, administration, marketing or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of office administration experience.

  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Sales & Marketing skills are a must.

Salary:
R8, R10,000.00 per month
