Client Interactions Facilitator

To play a significant role in the Global Institutional Business team (CIB), focusing on the organisation, facilitation and execution of all events, collateral management, website updates and client communication.
This is a high-performance team that is the client face (both on a client acquisition, client service and retention basis) for institutional clients of Coronation in both South African and international markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organise and coordinate Coronation's institutional roadshows and events including Talking Investments, Women's Day, internal team events and other client functions, as required.
- Organise and coordinate participation in industry conferences and exhibitions
- Starttoend event management including: managing external vendors, booking venues, invitations and RSVP management, arranging catering and equipment, managing costs to budget, submitting invoices for payment, onsite event management, and postevent activities
- Ensure that client collateral, marketing brochures, fund factsheets and other clientfacing documents are updated and formatted professionally, in line with Coronation brand standards
- Ensure that Coronation's institutional client contact database is properly maintained and updated regularly
- Prepare and coordinate the timely and professional delivery of client communication and business updates
- Ensure that content on Coronation's institutional website is properly maintained and updated regularly
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, minutes, and other documents where required
- Continually look for ways to improve and enhance collateral and communication opportunities for CIB
- Develop relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and feedback on all the above
- Provide team support and assist with administrative tasks and projects, as required
- Act with integrity and professionalism at all times and uphold the Coronation culture and values
Ideal Experience:
- 5 years event management/coordination experience, preferably in financial services/asset management
Ideal Qualifications:
- Tertiary education is desirable
- Relevant degree in either marketing or communications preferred
- Experience working with SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) would be an advantage
