Client Relations Representative and Training

Duties and Responsibilities:
Training
- Provide training on the inhouse company products (in person, on site & virtual).
- Provide onthejob training and client support.
- Support in the planning, scheduling, and organizing of training courses.
- Presenting approved training material in a professional manner to strive for competency of students.
- Support in the documenting and maintenance of a training management system.
- Compile customized training material where required.
- Support content team with training material.
Client Relations
- Build and maintain positive client and industry relationships.
- Scheduling of client interactions aligned with client monetary and strategic priority.
- Facilitating structured interactions with allocated clients in line with specified procedures and outcomes.
- Input in the design of the Client Retention strategy and ensuring the strategy is followed and implemented.
- Administrative coordination of allocated Client Cancellations.
- Continuous understanding of new product features through structured methods.
- Business Analysis at existing clients to enable retention and upselling.
- Ensure invoicing takes place correctly and on time on all new deals concluded.
- Ensure changes to invoicing are documented in line with departmental policies.
Requirements & Skills
- Wellpresented and confident;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal communication skills;
- Positive attitude;
- High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Good knowledge and working experience on Windows Outlook and Internet;
- Passion for training and skills development on all levels;
- Report writing;
- Fluent in English;
- Effective planning, organising and time management skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work with minimum supervision;
- Ability to travel locally and internationally;
- Client Relations experience (within the Risk & Security industry will be advantageous);
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate into a solution;
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate;
- Relevant Degree or qualification will be advantageous;
- Experience in training and skills development;
- Experience in customer service or client relations;
- Driver's License;
- Own Vehicle.
Pay:
R16 000,00 - R24 000,00 per month
