The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific expertise in capacity planning and managing third-party contractors. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Proven skill in resource scheduling and capacity planning of internal and external resources.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in capacity planning and managing third-party contractors.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software/tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
