  • Ensure that the capturing of SAP data is correct, accurate and current at all times, in conjunction with completion of checklists and adherence to rules relating to SAP capturing and requirements. This function to include adhoc audits to ensure accuracy of data on SAP and h drive.
  • Provide internal and external client satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence in dealing with client queries, meeting turnaround times in dealing with the implementation of new loans and amendments.
  • To maintain efficiency and to continuously look at ways of improving the efficiency of business processes with the Administration department.
  • To maintain efficient deal implementation.
  • To increase turnaround times, service delivery, speed of SAP/Deeds Office search and credit system.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation (e.g. FICA / FAIS / Usury Act / Credit Lending Act / Companies Act)
  • Ensure items on Admin Team's Exception Reports (Securities, SAP QA, FICA, Data Cleanup) are reduced to an acceptable level and eliminated where possible.
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
