About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the overall management of a significant branch's night shift operations. You will lead a substantial team, including managers, in achieving operational excellence and maintaining strong client relationships. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a sizeable team, including managers, to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Strategically drive process optimization, efficiency enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee client relations, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving.
  • Utilize your extensive experience in managing large teams to optimize workforce planning and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in senior management roles, with at least 5 years of experience, ideally within the BPO sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and drive teams to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Experience managing headcounts of over 200 employees, optimizing workforce management strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and a customercentric approach.
  • Sound knowledge of BPO operations and the ability to thrive in a night shift role.
