Experienced Hotel Receptionist required.

Valor Hospitality Partners is a leading hotel management company.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and motivated individual to join our team at voco The Bank, Rosebank as a Hotel Receptionist/Guest Relations Agent.

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to meet and exceed their expectations.


Detail:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
  • Check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring all information is accurate
  • Answer all incoming calls and respond to guests' inquiries
  • Manage and handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, amenities, and promotions
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Ensure all guest data is accurately recorded and kept confidential

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations, as a Hotel Receptionist or Guest Relations Agent in a 4/5 star hotel
  • Must have OPERA experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and wellgroomed appearance
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages will be an advantage
