Experience

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience working within a similar service/retentions/Collections/Banking/Insurance driven BPO environment.
  • Experience working within the Financial Service Industry or similar Regulated Industry

  • Maintain campaign performance, quality, regulatory and compliance standards
