In this crucial position, you're the driving force behind achieving our operational goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
As Operations Manager, you help us ensure that the operations within the office in Cape Town run as efficiently as possible.
You will manage client projects and be closely working on the backbone of projects and ensuring that daily tasks run smoothly.
This includes responsibilities such as human resource, recruiting, forecast company costs, optimize working processes and guard the quality and financial control of our projects.
You will also be responsible for managing the office assistant and be closely working with the MD. The cool thing about this job is that you get to collaborate a lot with the entire team and if you see any improvements, you can implement them right awayMeet team5pm We are a data-driven content group. By bringing together the worlds of data and creativity, our creative smart asses make effective content for brands. On platforms like YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. We do this with our labels 5pm and Lijm Amsterdam.

With a tooling mix, consisting of our own video technology called topictree, we know what the target group wants to see, when and where.

team5pm Cape Town consists of 12 South African professionals who operate and have fun like a true community. The team works closely with their colleagues in the Netherlands, the Nordics and Poland. That makes us all a big family
