  • Preparation of contracts for new / existing customer
  • Creation and maintenance of new and existing Contracts
  • Process monthly invoicing for all Maintenance Contract customers
  • Maintain an invoice schedule, ensuring timeous invoicing
  • Maintain and distribute monthly service schedules to customers and
- internal regions.

  • Mailing of monthly invoices to Maintenance Contract customers
  • Termination letters to be sent out minimum of 30 days in advance
  • Assist contract customers with queries
  • Key communicator between Contracts department and Service departments
  • Ensure costs to contracts are being processed timeously
  • Contract analysis to ensure all obligations are met before contract termination
  • Update sites and objects relating to contract
  • Facilitate the communication process between contract accounts and service departments
  • Assist and facilitate with any queries on maintenance contracts from client and service departments
  • Assist with identification of problematic units, verification of work history and approval processes
  • Assist and facilitate with any overdue accounts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric. A higher institution qualification would be advantageous
  • 2 years Experience in a similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • A good working knowledge of the business processes, excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
  • Knowledge of Imax 6 and Contracts Module would be an added advantage
