HR Administrator Fixed Term

The purpose of this role is to deliver on and execute on a strong Human Capital and Payroll function to the Management Team.
The role requires working closely with the operational department Managers to deliver on an excellent quality service to employees.Must have requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric plus relevant Diploma/ Degree in HRM/ HRD/ HRLR
- Payroll Certificate
- A desire to work in a fastpaced HC environment
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills approachable and able to build effective relationships with line managers and employees at all levels
- A champion for change
- Demonstrates a professional, confident "can do" attitude.
- Positive self starter, flexible, results
- Excellent organisation and time management skills committed to meet and exceed deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Integrity and trust are essential must maintain confidentially
