Provide legal services for effective communication

Draft legal documentation for the Assupol Group

Provide general legal services

  • Consult and liaise with stakeholders (clients) on general legal requirements (check lease agreements, group scheme documents, ombud cases)
  • Provide overall legal assistance, guidance and advice to Assupol Group of Companies
  • Assist with Dispute Resolution
  • Assist with debarment, CCMA and Financial Services Tribunal matters
  • Review & signoff of lease agreement for the Assupol Group of Companies
  • Promote effective communication to clients

Promote awareness on regulatory matters (TCF)

  • Inform employees about relevant legal aspects

Formal Education:

LLB Degree

Admitted attorney

Experience:

2-3 years' experience in commercial law or litigation

Insurance Experience (Advantage)
