Focus Area 1- Telesales

  • Deliver a superior customer ordering experience B2B and B2C
  • Successful outbound sales campaign management
  • Order to cash integration and support to finance cash collection targets
  • Sales support in successful order generation repsonsible for the process from order placement to revenue and customer feedback
  • Custodians and implimentors of the free stock process for specific trade marketing
  • First line of defense for consumer and customer queries

Requirements of the Role:

  • Grade 12 Qualification
  • Prior sales experience is a must, ideally at least 2 years of sales experience


 Computer literacy
  • Excel proficient, SAP and/or accumatica experience beneficial

  • Excellent communicator

  • Attention to Detail
  • Dealing with complains and queries in a respectful manner
