Your Tasks:

  • Ensure successful and highquality service delivery by effectively supporting business with global projects.
  • Be the contact person for customers and service technicians
  • Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account
  • Product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency
  • Handle escalations
  • Ensure service documentation and update if necessary
