What you will be doing:

Finance & Capex Manager

  • Lead the development of the annual and longerterm business plans for the EIH business unit, ensuring alignment with New Business strategies

Business Development

  • Design, develop and ensure delivery of the EIH marketing strategy and the rental pricing strategy
  • Ensure alignment of strategic goals of EIH to the overall Engen business strategy
  • Manage the site lease agreements and Service Level Agreements

Risk Compliance

  • Ensure proactive business risk identification and management of risk treatment strategy and develop and manage risk management plan for EIH
  • Ensure that tenant companies reduce carbon emissions
  • Each Tenant to ensure that they adhere to all legal compliance and licence requirements
