If you've listed organisational skills and time management at the top of your skills list - We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Marketing team as a Traffic & Marketing Co-Ordinator.

You'll be working very closely with the Brand Director to turn our in-house brand studio into a well-tuned machine.

Working with a bunch of (not so administratively strong) creative designers and copywriters - you will be responsible for managing the workflow of creative projects and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time.

What you'll get up to:

  • Manage the workflow of creative projects, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and ensuring we not only smash deadlines but have the time to plan for the future.
  • Use our trafficking system (Wrike) to manage and schedule briefs efficiently.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources to projects, including assigning projects to team members
  • Chase after briefs as required don't feel shy to demand the brand team deliver as expected
  • Manage the schedule for new projects and reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities
  • Report to the Brand Director and broader marketing team on the current workflow and communicate any upcoming issues
  • Because we are a small team
  • We will also rely on your project management skills to handle the production of our creative assets dealing with external suppliers like sound studios, film companies, animation studios etc.

What we're after:

  • Matric/Grade 12 achieved
  • 2+ years experience in traffic management and/or project management
  • Experience working in an advertising agency or creative studio
  • Assertive personality and able to chase after creative humans (a.k.a the brand team)
  • Can easily work under pressure.
  • Incredibly organised.
  • A gogetter and allrounder willing to pick up any ad hoc tasks to help the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can juggle balls and herd cats.
  • Team player with a "can do, will do" attitude.
