Specialist Production Services – Video Content Production /
Superside is looking for a Creative Lead who is deeply passionate about video production in the advertising sector.

As a key member of the Video Services team, you will guide a group of talented video professionals to produce innovative content for high-profile clients like Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Red Bull, and Shopify.

We're looking for a leader who is as comfortable working hands-on with projects as they are in directing the creative efforts of their team.

Reporting to the Creative Director of Video Services, you'll foster the growth and development of your team.

You will ensure that the work you oversee maintains the highest standards of quality and that your team members have the tools and support they need to thrive.

What You'll DoGuide video projects through their entire lifecycle - from brief to delivery Manage a team of multi-disciplinary creative video professionals to create work of the highest possible quality Present concepts and solutions directly to clients and support a positive customer experience through the production of resulting workAssist in providing high-quality training, upskilling, and mentoring to our globally distributed team—within these new capabilitiesLead creative specialist in their creative execution and adherence to customers brand guidelines Constantly search for improvements in the way your team collaborates, investigating new techniques and tools to match the demands of our business modelOwn the welfare and working practices of your team, ensuring they consistently follow department best practice and maintain a healthy approach to work Provide specialist knowledge, guidance and expertise in your primary discipline to inform project decision making and improve our teams capability Monitor performance and utilization for your team of creatives, ensuring we have accurate information to guide growth decisions for the departmentWhat You'll Need to SucceedDemonstrable experience leading teams and video production in a professional commercial environment for a minimum of 3 years A portfolio of high-quality video examples for the commercial sectorProven results as a world-class creative in an international top-tier, high-pace, and fast-growing environmentA functional, practical knowledge of the full video production process, with a specific area of specialty (i.e. editing, concept development, cinematography) to provide mentorship within the team A basic understanding/capability within Adobe CC, with a focus on the video tools within this suiteThe ability to function as a client-facing member of the team, dealing with a largely western, English-speaking client baseAn ability to work independently and in a team environment, where you foster creative problem-solving and experimentationExceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and facilitate discussions in large groupsStrong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and deliver top-quality processes and Ways of WorkingWillingness to seek the truth, question own beliefs, and be open to new ideas.

Hiring Process
Meet and greet: 30-minute introductory call with a Talent Partner to learn more about Superside and your experience. No need for formal prep beforehand

Assessment:

This is your time to shine The assessment is designed to test your customer management, project management and creative abilities.

You'll usually have between 24h and 48h to complete this step.

Technical Interview:

a 45-minute conversation with your potential Team Leader You'll have the opportunity to discuss your assessment performance, dive deeper into your past experiences and also complete a simulation.

Final Interview:
