Sales Administrator

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Matric qualification.
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
- Must have own car and a valid driver's license.
- Assisting customers at the counter.
- Handling order processing.
- Preparing sales quotations.
- Issuing sales invoices (internal & external).
- Dealing with sales inquiries over the phone or in person.
- Managing incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Providing customer support and resolving queries.
- Overseeing social media accounts.
- Scheduling and documenting sales meetings.
- Managing stock levels.
- Coordinating personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Organizing and conducting stock takes.
- Managing email communications and documentations.
- Handling stock receipts and purchase orders.
- Creating purchase orders and processing deliveries.
- Maintaining organized filing systems.
- Performing general office and administrative tasks.
- Compiling various reports.
- Coordinating events.
- Scheduling deliveries and managing drivers.
- Arranging vehicle maintenance services.
